50 g smør
200 g mørk sjokolade, hakket
150 g lyst brunt sukker
1 ts vaniljeekstrakt (eller bruk 2 ts vaniljesukker)
75 g hvetemel
en klype salt
1/2 ts bakepulver
Sett ovnen på 175 C.
50 grams butter
200 grams dark chocolate, chopped
150 grams light brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
75 grams plain flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
Preheat oven to 175 C.
Line two baking trays with baking paper.
Melt the butter and chocolate together (in the microwave or in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water), stir until smooth.
Put the eggs, sugar and vanilla in a bowl and beat until well mixed.
Pour in the chocolate mixture, beat until combined.
Sift in the flour, salt and baking powder, then stir well with a rubber spatula.
Arrange 6 equal amounts on each baking tray, bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes.
Leave to cool on the trays for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
