Frokostsmoothie med bjørnebær(Breakfast smoothie w/blackberries)

Jeg lager ikke smoothies så veldig ofte, men det hender innimellom. Denne er en skikkelig energi-smoothie, altså perfekt når man trenger litt hjelp til å våkne opp. Bytt gjerne ut bjørnebær med blåbær, bringebær eller det du måtte ha for hånden eller i fryseren 🙂
I don’t make smoothies very often, but it happens every now and again. This is a real energy smoothie, perfect when you need a litte help to wake up properly. Replace the blackberries with blueberries, raspberries or whatever you have on hand or in the freezer 🙂
Du trenger:
(1 porsjon)
2 dl bjørnebær (eller andre bær), gjerne frosne
1 lite beger (ca 125 ml) yoghurt, vanilje eller naturell
1 ss havregryn
1/2 ss kruskakli
1 dl appelsinjuice
evt. litt honning om du vil
Ha alt oppi en blender, kjør på til du har en jevn, fin smoothie.
Hell nedpå og kjenn hvordan kroppen våkner til liv og arbeidslyst! 😉
You’ll need:
1 cup/about 125 grams blackberries (or other berries), fresh or frozen
125 ml yoghurt, vanilla or natural
1 tbsp oats
1/2 tbsp wheatgerm
100 ml orange juice
optional: a little honey
Put everything into a blender, whizz until the smoothie is smooth and velvety.
Drink up, feel the energy kick in and how you just want to run off to work 😉

  1. I don’t know if anything would make me want to run off to work lol.
    But I guess an energy giving smoothie would give me the best chance!
